We have been extremely pleased with the new A/C portion as it has been quite warm this week and it hasn’t missed a beat. As a matter of fact it reduced the heat upstairs from 78 degrees (our daytime setting) to 74 degrees in about 7 minutes last night when the outside temperature was somewhere around 85 degrees. Your Salesman, Scott Holland, and the four Installers/Technicians you sent out for the install & removal of the old system have been completely professional and a joy to work with.
