Taylor grew up in Lawson Air Conditioning & Plumbing, his grandfather L.D. Lawson was our Founder. Taylor has worked multiple division at Lawson Air Conditioning & Plumbing, and now handles device and fleet management. Taylor serves on the Board of Directors for the Northeast Georgia Speech Center.

With over 15 years in the commercial mechanical industry, specializing in data centers, higher education, ground-up, and medical projects. A UGA graduate with a minor in Economics, Brian enjoys golf, tennis, fishing, and building strong client relationships.

Levi began his industry career in 1999 as a sheet metal helper and quickly advanced to sheet metal foreman. Levi was soon promoted to Superintendent, overseeing sheet metal, piping, controls, and plumbing, then transitioned into commercial service sales and account management. Levi now serves as a Project Manager, bringing a wealth of experience and leadership to their work.

Christopher graduated from Brandon Hall High School in 1979 and Clayton Jr. College in 1981. He has been in the Commercial HVAC industry since 1981, starting in shop fabrication, field installation, and working as a field foreman for 23 years. For the past 20 years, Christopher has excelled in project management. Outside of work, he enjoys gardening, yard architecture, interior design, swimming, and spending time in the sun.

Outside of work, he is a dedicated husband and father, an active member of Dacula First United Methodist Church, and a volunteer with Friends of Gwinnett Seniors and the Special Needs School of Gwinnett.

His expertise includes equipment cooling for comfort, molding, clean rooms, and processing in food and medicine industries. Neil is experienced with CFCs, HCFCs, and natural refrigerants like R290 (propane) and R717 (ammonia). As an Field Technical Manager, they focus on building cohesive, efficient teams to help achieve both personal and company goals.

They earned an Associate's Degree in HVAC as an Honor Graduate. Starting with Lawson Air Conditioning in 2013 as a welder and sheet metal fabricator, they quickly advanced into commercial installations. Now a Commercial HVAC General Superintendent/Field Operations Manager, Chris has coordinated and completed over 100 projects. He also coach baseball, teaching the importance of a positive mindset.

Brad is a 2005 graduate of Lumpkin County High School and earned honors upon graduating from North Georgia Technical College in 2007. Beginning a career in the HVAC industry as a Service Technician that same year, Brad obtained a State of Georgia Contractors License in 2011 and transitioned into sales in 2012. Brad maintains EPA, NATE, and BPI certifications. A graduate of Leadership Hall County (2013-2014) and Silver Shovel recipient (2016), Brad is also an active member of Ducks Unlimited Gainesville Chapter. He is a loving husband to Heather and a proud father of two.

In her role, she assists the service department with scheduling calls and handling various tasks to ensure smooth operations. Outside of work, Lydia enjoys spending time with her dogs and farm animals, and she loves relaxing with a good book. Her dedication to her work and passion for animals and reading keep her both grounded and engaged in all aspects of her life.

Vince holds an Unrestricted HVAC License from the State of Georgia, and has a Certificate of Authority from the State of Georgia Department of Labor Safety Engineering Department for boiler installations. Vince’s community activities include Lakewood Baptist Church, the Greater Hall Chamber of Commerce, and the Northeast Georgia Medical Center Foundation. He sits on the advisory Committee of the City of Gainesville Inspection Department in the area of HVAC and is a past participant of Leadership Hall County and Leadership Georgia. Vince has served many years on the committee for the Northeast Georgia Medical Center Open golf tournament. Supportive of the Northeast Georgia Medical Center Foundation, Vince & Debbie are members of the Foundation’s Arbor Circle.

Debbie has been involved in many community associations over the years and has served on the Advisory Board for Brenau University School of Business, Business & Technology Advisory Council at North Hall High School, Board of Directors of The Greater Hall Chamber of Commerce, Board Member of Hall County Habitat for Humanity, President of the Junior League of Gainesville Hall County, Board Member of the United Way of Hall County, Board of Trustees Member for Lakeview Academy, PTA President of Gainesville Middle School. Debbie is a graduate of Leadership Hall County and Leadership Georgia. Debbie was named a 2015 Master Entrepreneur by The Featherbone Communiversity. A proud three-time breast cancer survivor, Debbie is active and supportive of many cancer awareness organizations. She and Vince are active at Lakewood Baptist Church.

Travis has worked in our Service and Residential/Light Commercial HVAC Divisions, and now oversees our Commercial HVAC Division. Travis attended North Hall High School and Lanier Tech. He is a member of The Oak Society Advisory Board at the North Georgia Community Foundation, Ducks Unlimited, and is a graduate of Leadership Hall. Travis was named to ACHR News' 40 Under 40 in 2022.

Ashley holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of North Georgia and is a Leadership Hall graduate. She is actively engaged in the community and serves on the Board of Director for the Junior League of Gainesville-Hall County, Greater Hall Chamber of Commerce Vision2030, and is the Chair for The Oak Society Advisory Board at the North Georgia Community Foundation and serves on the Scholarship Committee for the Conditioned Air Association of GA (CAAG). She was named to CAAG's Top 20 Under 40 HVAC Professionals in 2024 and the ACHR News' 40 Under 40 in 2023.

Marc grew up in the plumbing industry, working alongside his father. After graduating high school, they pursued the trade full-time, earning their Master Class II license in the 1980s. With extensive experience in industrial, medical, and high-rise building projects, Marc has built a strong career. He are deeply passionate about teaching and mentoring the next generation of professionals in the industry.

Scott graduated in Air Conditioning Technology from Southeastern Technical College and began working in the HVAC industry in 1999. Starting in installation, Scott then moved to a Service Technician role before transitioning to a Sales Manager position. Scott holds and maintains a Georgia State Conditioned Air License. An active member of the White County Chamber and Bethlehem Baptist Church. Scott is married to Noelle, and they have 3 daughters. In his free time, they enjoy UGA football games, hunting, and fishing.

Chris is a 2001 graduate of Banks County High School and began their HVAC career in 2004. With a Universal EPA License and Building Analyst Professional certification, Chris lives in Dahlonega, where he coaches football, basketball, and baseball. He enjoys hunting, fishing, and Georgia Bulldog football with their family and friends.

Lee is a graduate of North Georgia Technical College with a degree in Air Conditioning Technology. Lee began their career in the HVAC industry in 1997 and joined Lawson Air Conditioning and Plumbing in 2012, initially working in the Residential/Light Commercial Division. Later, he transitioned to the service division, and in 2017, they became the service division manager overseeing both HVAC and plumbing. A 2024 graduate of Leadership Hall County, he is a proud Mason and a member of Clarkesville Lodge #325 and attends Grove Level Baptist Church in Maysville.
