Northeast Georgia Skills Challenge
We have had the opportunity to host the Northeast Georgia Skills Challenge for several years, providing materials, tools, and judges for the HVAC and Plumbing competitions. This event is a hands-on competition designed to showcase the technical talents of high school students pursuing careers in skilled trades. This annual event brings together students from across the region to compete in various trade skills, including electrical work, masonry, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, welding, and more. The competition serves as a platform to encourage and inspire the next generation of skilled workers. The Skills Challenge aims to bridge the gap between education and the workforce, providing students with real-world experience.
Workforce Development
We are committed to fostering the next generation of skilled professionals in the HVAC and plumbing industries. Our team actively engages with local high schools and technical colleges, participating in career fairs and educational events to inspire students about opportunities in our field. We are honored to have been recognized as the Hall County Work Based Learning Industry Partner of the Year for 2020-2021.
