We have been extremely pleased with the new A/C portion as it has been quite warm this week and it hasn’t missed a beat. As a matter of fact it reduced the heat upstairs from 78 degrees (our daytime setting) to 74 degrees in about 7 minutes last night when the outside temperature was somewhere around 85 degrees. Your Salesman, Scott Holland, and the four Installers/Technicians you sent out for the install & removal of the old system have been completely professional and a joy to work with. Ted came late this past Sunday to deal with an AC outage at my 97yr old father’s house. It was 89 inside when he arrived. He not only sorted out the problem quickly but had a stocked truck with the most commonly needed universal parts, so there was no “I have to order the part on Monday”. It was up and running in no time– replaced fan with capacitor. Thanks to Ted and your company. I will definitely recommend you.

Scott: Wanted to tell you how pleased we are with the new Carrier 3 ton 15 seer heat pump and air handling unit your team recently installed in out home. First, we were pleased with the team that did the installation. I’m sure it was not fun taking out the old “dirty” duct work especially since it was 40+ years old and much was in a crawl space. Your team did every thing asked of them and in a timely professional manner. Secondly, my wife who had to dust every day hadn’t had to since installation which was over a week ago. I’m sure this is the result of the new duct work and sealing all the air bonnets etc. I spent a great deal of time researching the internet and reviewing the various proposals from local companies. Thank you for taking such care to measure above our shelf so our artwork would still fit after the Mitsubishi unit installation, for providing extra crew, and for scheduling the job to accommodate our schedule. Please commend your crew that included Lee, Michael, Gary, Jason and Ethan. Each one introduced himself politely and then went right to work. They carefully moved the carpet, took care to clean up all debris from job, worked efficiently, did not damage any shrubs, and returned promptly after lunch to resume work. They worked together as a coordinated congenial team. Not only did we get the best heating/cooling Mitsubishi unit, we feel we had the best company and its exceptional personnel install it.
Just a note telling you how happy I am with the employees of your company. Ted, Cindy and Scott are as professional as folks can be and have always treated me with a great deal of respect. It goes back to the CULTURE of the company. It’s very hard to get employees working at their best day in and day out, however you folks do exactly that. To everyone at Lawson, a great big thank you for taking care of my heat pump problem this week — from getting someone out so quickly to diagnose the problem, to getting the new heat pump installed the next day, and responding immediately when there was a problem with the new system. Your technician, Corey, serviced my air conditioners yesterday as part of my annual maintenance contract. All of your technicians are impressive, but Corey takes the cake. His thoroughness was incredible as he went through the components of my systems. He even removed the fans from my outside units so he could scoop out the trapped debris by hand. Further, he pulled the electronics from inside units so he could check the capacitors. His step-by-step and knowledgeable approach to his task beat anything I have ever seen. Dear Debbie, The drain pipes backed up under our house early last Saturday Morning with sewage, disposal sludge, etc. coming up through the bathtubs along with a busted pipe gushing waste water in the basement. I called Lawson Emergency service right away & your technician responded immediately. Surprisingly, he was already on an emergency call in Oakwood, but arrived only 20 minutes after my call. I described the problem and he arrived several solutions and was soon able to solve our problem and repair the damage. I appreciate your company’s expedient service and helpfulness.
