Dear Debbie, The drain pipes backed up under our house early last Saturday Morning with sewage, disposal sludge, etc. coming up through the bathtubs along with a busted pipe gushing waste water in the basement. I called Lawson Emergency service right away & your technician responded immediately.
Surprisingly, he was already on an emergency call in Oakwood, but arrived only 20 minutes after my call. I described the problem and he arrived several solutions and was soon able to solve our problem and repair the damage.
I appreciate David and your company's expedient service and helpfulness. It is a rude awakening for a Saturday morning, but I was glad to still have my afternoon. It could have been much worse without your prompt service.
