We are glad to share a few comments from some of our pleased customers… Dear Vince, May I first say that this is "almost" a pleasure to pay this bill because I really feel like I got my money's worth. I dreaded even having someone check under my house to see if anything could be done. It's only a crawl space & I felt like it was impossible to get heat & air and have it be efficient. Was I ever wrong! I gave your salesman a stick to knock down the spider webs, I was so surprised when he came out and said "yes .. it could be done". The crew did a great job & cleaned up and hauled off all cartons, the old furnace & old rusted pipes. Ken, the control technician finished up and stayed to be sure all was perfect! Well, I now have a cool house and don't dread cold weather 'cause I'm certain the heat will be just as great. I didn't mean to ramble on, but I had to brag on those nice young men. Thanks Sincerely, Louis Aprile Dear Debbie, The drain pipes backed up under our house early last Saturday Morning with sewage, disposal sludge, etc. coming up through the bathtubs along with a busted pipe gushing waste water in the basement. I called Lawson Emergency service right away & David responded immediately. Surprisingly, he was already on an emergency call in Oakwood, but arrived only 20 minutes after my call. I described the problem and he arrived several solutions and was soon able to solve our problem and repair the damage. I appreciate David and your company's expediate service and helpfulness.
