Company Company History Mission Statement Meet the Staff

L.D. Lawson ~ Our founder 1919 - 2000 L.D. remained active in the day to day operations of the business until we lost him to cancer in December 2000. While we recognize that we can never fill his shoes, we pledge to strive to carry on with the integrity and dedication he displayed in his life & work. Vince Davis ~ President Vince oversees the commercial HVAC department and manages the day to day business interests along with his wife & partner. Debbie Lawson Davis ~ CFO Debbie maintains the position of Office Manager and Corporate Secretary / Treasurer. Jeff Dale ~ Vice President Jeff Dale serves as general manager of the commercial HVAC sales department including aspects of sales, scheduling, estimation and ordering. Steve Potts ~ Plumbing Project Manager Steve oversees all commercial plumbing installation, estimation & scheduling. Mike Marien ~ Service Manager Mike Marien, a licensed electrical engineer, manages our qualified service technicians in the areas of HVAC & Plumbing. We offer 24 hour service on all makes and models. Joe Bailey ~ HVAC Commercial Project Manager Joe's expertise in project management will assure a quality project from start to finsih. David Gilbert ~ Residential Change out Specialist David Gilbert can handle all aspects of your residential installation needs. Kim Rich ~ Administrative Assistant Kim Hogan keeps all of us in line by managing the day to day office, clerical, payroll and human resource needs.
