What sets us apart from others in the area is the fact that we have been
serving the HVAC & Plumbing needs of Northeast Georgia since 1946.  Our
founder, L.D. Lawson began the business in 1946 by installing the county's
first Air Conditioning Unit for the Diana Shop, a ladies apparel store on
the downtown Gainesville Square.
Our commitment to customer satisfaction is evident in the Lawson Air Conditioning
Creed:

In 1994 we were first recognized by Carrier Corporation as a nationwide
"Distinguished Dealer", sited for outstanding performance.
1996 Lawson Air Conditioning celebrated it's 50th year in business
with a reception hosted by Mingledorffs, our Carrier Distributor, where
commendations from the City of Gainesville , Hall County and the Greater
Hall Chamber of Commerce were presented. We were also recognized by Mingledorffs
as Georgia's oldest exclusive Carrier dealer.
1997 began our affiliation with The Trane Corporation becoming an
authorized dealer, this offers our customers a choice in providing for their
home comfort needs.
In 2000 we were awarded the Gold Leadership Award from our Carrier
Distributor for placing the 3rd highest sales in the state of Georgia for
Carrier parts & products.
As we look to the future, we realize that we have a rich past to live up
to and to learn from. We will make every effort to continue to be a leader
in our industry by providing quality customer service and maintaining a
well trained competent work force.
